WHAT TO EXPECT:
DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT TENNIS TO PLAY?
🎾This is an intermediate/advanced clinic.
🎾You should be able to consistently serve the ball IN.
🎾You should be comfortable to hit volleys at the net.
🎾You need to be able to hit both forehand and backhand shots from the baseline quite comfortably and continuously.
🎾Most importantly, you should be comfortable playing at the net whilst an opponent may hit a ball strongly in your direction.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO PLAY?
🎾Tennis racquet of your own unless you wish to trial, borrow or buy.
🎾Your favourite workout kit.
🎾Trainers/Tennis shoes.
🎾Water bottle/Sports drink.
🎾Towel.
